About The Event

Our morning will include adaptogenic hot drinks to fuel your practice and day; an intentionally designed yoga sequence to invigorate, rejuvenate, and energize; and community connection. 

Incorporating breath work, essential oils, intention setting, and based in the Hatha-tradition, the physical practice will be accessible to all experience levels. Our yoga sequence will lead us to a generous savasana, allowing time for reflection and journaling. We'll follow this with an informative, hands-on workshop about superfoods and adaptogens, and their beneficial uses in replacing caffeine. Together we'll prepare a 'ready-to-drink' mix you'll take home to enjoy later. 

You will:

  • Explore physical yoga postures and breath control techniques intended to energize the body and mind, clear brain fog and drowsiness, and improve focus.

  • Learn about using adaptogens and superfoods as alternatives to caffeine through a short information session.

  • Prepare delicious, cosy (dairy- and caffeine-free) lattes in an interactive workshop.
