About The Event
Our morning will include adaptogenic hot drinks to fuel your practice and day; an intentionally designed yoga sequence to invigorate, rejuvenate, and energize; and community connection.
Incorporating breath work, essential oils, intention setting, and based in the Hatha-tradition, the physical practice will be accessible to all experience levels. Our yoga sequence will lead us to a generous savasana, allowing time for reflection and journaling. We'll follow this with an informative, hands-on workshop about superfoods and adaptogens, and their beneficial uses in replacing caffeine. Together we'll prepare a 'ready-to-drink' mix you'll take home to enjoy later.
You will:
Explore physical yoga postures and breath control techniques intended to energize the body and mind, clear brain fog and drowsiness, and improve focus.
Learn about using adaptogens and superfoods as alternatives to caffeine through a short information session.
Prepare delicious, cosy (dairy- and caffeine-free) lattes in an interactive workshop.
