About The Event
Join us for two 90-minute yoga classes intentionally designed to connect you to the nurturing influence of nature. Aligned with the lunar cycle, you'll connect deep within to tune in to your inner wisdom; find clarity, purpose and focus; and cultivate the courage and strength needed to take the next step towards the life you're seeking.
Our mini-series of classes begins with a new moon practice on January 23rd, with an opportunity to check-in and revisit your intentions and actions in a full moon class on February 9th. No prior knowledge of yoga or lunar rituals is required. Attend both classes together or just one of the two.
Intended to support you as you pursue your resolutions and goals for the new year, or to just meet you as and where you are.
New Moon practice: Thursday January 23rd, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Full Moon practice: February 9th, 10:30am - 12:00pm
$35 including tax for the two-part series. Attend one of the two offerings, $20/class.
All welcome. Very limited space, so please register soon.
NOTE: At times during the yoga practice, there may be the opportunity for gentle, hands-on adjustments. These are always optional.
FAQs
1. Do I need yoga experience?
Nope, none! Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you.
2. Do I need to know about the moon or astrology?
Not at all!
3. What do I need to bring?
We'll provide everything you need for your yoga practice, however, you're welcome to bring your own mat and any extras you like to have (e.g. water bottle, fluffy socks/slippers, cosy sweater or scarf, your journal).
4. What can I expect?
Accessible to all experience levels, our mini-series takes a holistic approach to your yoga practice - incorporating breath control, postures, mindfulness and reflection. The intention of the series is to support and meet you wherever, however you are - whether you're lookng for motivation, clarity, purpose, accountability, connection, a respite, etc.
We'll be a small group of no more than 10; practicing in the cosy and calming studio at SpringHill Yoga in Baden, ON (15 minutes west of Kitchener-Waterloo).
5. What should I wear?
Anything that makes you feel comfortable and cosy, and that you can easily move in. Layers are ideal.
6. What is the investment?
The cost for the two-part series is $35 and includes two 90-minute specialty yoga classes. Payment is required upon registration; full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event.
7. What if I can only attend one of the classes in the series?

8. Is there parking?
Free street parking is available along Louisa Street
9. How do I register?
