About The Event

Join me in Baden (15 minutes west of KW) for a morning filled with mindful movement, reflection and meditation, community and nourishment.
Our morning will include a yoga practice to invigorate, rejuvenate, and connect to the natural cycles of the seasons. Incorporating breath work and essential oils, and based in the Hatha-tradition, the practice will be accessible to all experience levels.
Our physical practice will lead us to a short guided meditation with time for reflection and/or journaling. We'll follow this connection over healthful drinks and snacks.
NOTE: At times there may be the opportunity for gentle, hands-on adjustments. These are always optional.
