WHAT TO EXPECT Accessible to all experience levels, this class takes a holistic approach to your yoga practice - incorporating breath control, postures, mindfulness and meditation practices. The first part of our class will blend challenge and peace: starting with a short grounding practice before moving on to postures that gently build heat, cultivating strength and intentional malleability. You’ll learn breath and alignment foundations, and the essential tools for a practice that meets your needs in a way that is both healing and nourishing. Building on this, we’ll explore dynamic movement in a flow style - using the breath to drive the body and focus the mind through a series of postures. We’ll slow down the last part of the class with gentle stretching, allowing you time to integrate your efforts and experience on the mat. The intention of this class is to support and meet you wherever, however you are. Giving you the space to explore yoga as a tool for balance, resiliency, and mindfulness.
