(New classes available starting April 14) Our classes this week have been intentionally designed to to cultivate space and ease of movement in the hips, pelvis, and low back. In addressing these areas of the physical body, we'll be working to activate and balance the sacral chakra - the energetic seat of our emotions. When the sacral chakra is balanced we can flow with ease around challenges, creating new paths for ourselves, expressing our emotions effectively. We'll be tapping in to this innate ability to welcome change, and move with force, ease and grace, as we navigate the new routines and realities of this time. Use these practices to cleanse and heal; to release fear, grief, anxiety; and to cultivate ease. Use these practices to surrender into support.
