WHAT TO EXPECT In this class we match movement to breath, moving intentionally and fluidly between postures and building heat, strength, stability and energy through dynamic sequencing. Taking the last part of our session in longer held stretches to slow everything down, before ending in our final posture of savasana. To fully enjoy this session, you will want to be able to move from seated to standing with ease. NOTE: At times there may be the opportunity for gentle, hands-on adjustments.
